At JVOX, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and reliable experience. Our eSIM service is designed to deliver hassle-free data connectivity via QR code. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our refund policy for JVOX eSIM services:

 

Eligibility for Refund


Refunds are available under the following conditions:


1. **Non-Activation**: If the eSIM QR code fails to activate within 24 hours of purchase due to an issue with the QR code or the eSIM activation process.


2. **Service Issues**: If there are connectivity or data access issues that cannot be resolved after troubleshooting and customer support intervention within 48 hours of activation.

Non-Refundable Conditions


Refunds are not available in the following cases:


1. **Change of Mind**: Once the eSIM QR code has been delivered or activated, we do not offer refunds based on change of mind.


2. **Incorrect Information**: Refunds will not be issued for eSIM purchases made with incorrect country selection or incorrect service plan selection.


3. **Data Usage**: If any data has been used on the eSIM, the purchase will no longer be eligible for a refund.

 

How to Request a Refund


To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. **Troubleshooting**: Our team may ask for additional information or request that you perform certain troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue before proceeding with a refund.


3. **Approval**: Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your account.
